Georgia 1% was founded by an expatriate entrepreneur living and operating in Georgia, who went through the entire process personally: registration, tax status, banking, accounting, residency, finding an apartment and building a life here.
The hard part was never any single step. It was navigating a process where the rules were unclear, the guidance changed depending on who you asked, and the people selling company formation had no interest in what happened afterwards.
The idea behind Georgia 1% is to make that process considerably easier for other international entrepreneurs, and to be honest about the parts that do not work.
